Customers are responsible for downloading or exporting information they wish to retain before service termination, where export functionality is available.
Certain third-party integrations, accounts, and services may need to be disconnected separately.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, all subscription payments are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HomeFlow Suite and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
